Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

HOW DO I BOOK? 

The first step you need to do is to fill in the Quote Booking Form. The form is so designed that everything we need to provide you with a quote is on that form. We will then get back to you regarding the availability on your date and the estimate cost.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?  

A 20% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. One of the Event Managers will make a Logistics phone call around 10 days prior to the Event to confirm final numbers and timings. After this the final invoice will be raised where the Balance to be paid 7 days prior to the Event.

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?  

We ask you to supply tables. However we can hire for you rustic wooden trestle table for £20 each.  
 

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SET UP THE GRAZE?

It depends on the size of Grazing Table, but we will need about 2 to 3 hours to dress the table to impress your guests and leave the WOW effect hanging in the air.

DO YOU SUPPLY NAPKINS, PLATES AND CUTLERY?  

Yes, we supply biodegradable plates, napkins and wooden cutlery.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVELLING?

We are based in Berkshire and cover 30mile radius – any location over 30miles will be charged 50p per mile

For London deliveries we will charge parking and congestion charge where applicable.

HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR FOOD ALLERGIES?  

Please let us know about every dietary requirement that your party might require. We will create special small grazing box for the food allergies if needed and display this separate to prevent cross contamination.

HOW LONG CAN WE ENJOY THE GRAZING TABLE?

The Grazing table must be set away from direct sun and heating. You can enjoy it for up to 4 hours depending on the temperature of the day.
