Terms and Conditions

In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding reservations, the following are our terms of trading. In choosing GRAZING TABLE as your Grazing Specialist Caterer, You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

Confirmation by Customers

All Grazing Table Catering bookings are considered provisional until the receipt of a 20% deposit.

 

Amendments and Final Numbers by Customers

No Changes will be accepted within 10 days prior to the function, this includes catering numbers, final details on timings, food and special instructions. Please note that with the Grazing Table we use everything and anything that is in season, so it is hard for us to cut out on the allergies. If we have a list of allergies we can keep some of the food aside for them but the rest of the table will be a big warning for anyone with food allergens.

 

Deposits, Payments and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 20% of the final price is expected to make a firm booking. The outstanding balance is to be paid 1 WEEK prior to the function. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Cash on the day. Please note that Cash on the day have to be arrange at least the week prior to the function with management and will be paid when the Chef arrives on site. We unfortunately do not accept Cheques.

Bar Deposits

There is an £300 deposit to book our Cash Bar. If the venue does not have an alcohol licence we would have to apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN). If you have applied for the TEN then please forward this over to graze@grazingtable.co.uk asap. If we have not received the TEN in time, GRAZING TABLE Ltd will have to apply for a TEN and there will be an Additional charge of £30 that will be deducted from your deposit. Bar has to make £500 for the refund to be paid back. We will make use of disposable glasses behind the bar.

 

GRAZING TABLE Ltd reserves the right to require full payment on the day the services are rendered.

The deposit is non-refundable.

 

Cancellations within 7 days prior to your function will still be be charge the full cost.

 

General Liability

We do not accept liability for any failure to provide the service contracted which are due to circumstances beyond our control, including electricity and water failures, or fire alarm evacuation.

 

Public Liability

To protect ourselves against any 3rd Party Claims, GRAZING TABLE Ltd has obtained Full Public Liability insurance.

 

Travel

Travel within a 30 mile radius of RG10 0RR is FREE OF CHARGE. Any distance over that will be charged at £6 for every 10 miles. For distances further than 80 miles from our premises we might also ask the client to supply accommodation for the staff attending the event.

 

At GRAZING TABLE Ltd we always aim to beat the traffic through early departure from our premises. If however we should be held up in traffic we cannot be held responsible if the service is not delivered on time.

 

Privacy Policy

GRAZING TABLE Ltd will not sell or forward your information onto any 3rd party agencies.
